Army Corps and City of Los Angeles hold public meeting for AngelFest draft Environmental Assessment
Los Angeles District commander, Col. Kirk Gibbs and his staff listen to community members comments for the record at the districts public meeting. The City of Los Angeles and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District hosted a public meeting in the Balboa Sports Center, in Encino, Calif., May 10. The meeting provided additional information on the proposed AngelFest event, a three-day music and arts festival in Sepulveda Basin, and allowed the public to submit written comments and allowed the district commander to actively listen to anyone wishing to make an oral comment on the proposed action.
