Corps joins City of Temecula to open recreational trail

The Corps worked with the City of Temecula and the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District on the trail, which is part of a larger multi-purpose, multi-phase, flood-risk reduction and environmental-restoration project, along more than seven miles of Murrieta Creek.
