By taking care of people, we hope to create conditions for continued success, because happier employees will likely be more productive and effective.
In training, we aim to arm our supervisors and leaders with the skills that will allow them to take better care of our people. By training to change, we will create a more flexible and agile workforce that is able to respond to a changing climate and evolving missions to best meet customer needs.
Improving facilities, whether replacing unserviceable equipment or upgrading antiquated offices, the intent is to improve our facilities for our people so that they can do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.
People are the foundation for everything we do. If we provide the proper training and facilities for them to be successful, then people will accomplish our #1 mission: project and program execution. In Los Angeles, we are Building Strong and Taking Care of People.
