Ben and Judy Inada, survivors of former Deputy Chief of Construction Division Kevin Inada, unveil the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District Employee of the Quarter award plaque, named after Inada, during a dedication ceremony at the District headquarters May 4.
