WHY, Ariz. -- Shari Brandt, resident engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District's Tucson Resident Office, accepts a plaque of appreciation for the work done by the Corps from Jack Jeffreys, U.S. Customs and Border Protection patrol agent in charge of the Ajo Station, during a Nov. 27 ribbon-cutting ceremony at the station. The District served as the managing agent during construction of the new facility.
