As of Feb. 11; Arroyo Paredon, Toro East, Toro Upper-West, Toro Lower-West, Cold Spring, San Ysidro, Montecito, Franklin, and Gobernador have been cleared. Debris clearance continues in Romero and Santa Monica basins.
