Attendees gather for the ribbon cutting of the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station in Naco, Ariz., on Sept. 19. The station, constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District, was named for the Border Patrol agent who was killed in the line of duty Dec. 15, 2010.
