LUKE AFB, Ariz. – Joe Derungs (left), project manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District, speaks with Col. Kim Colloton, the Los Angeles District commander, about the projects at Luke Air Force Base, just west of Phoenix, during the Colonel’s Sept. 14 visit to the Phoenix Area. In addition to the projects at the Air Force Base, Colloton toured the Tres Rios Flow Regulating Wetlands project and met with team members at the Arizona-Nevada Area Office.
