Manson Construction Company discharges material dredged from the Oceanside Harbor entrance channel near the Oceanside Pier. The harbor dredging project is an annual effort to maintain safe navigation for vessels that use Oceanside Harbor. Through coordination with the City of Oceanside, the project's sponsor, the material is placed along the city's beach from the outlet of the San Luis Rey River to south of the Oceanside Pier.
