River LA Executive Director Omar Brownson explained the organization's 51-mile vision for Los Angeles River revitalization to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Planning Associates Program participants on a stop at Marsh Park in Los Angeles July 20. The associates were attending the Watershed Planning Course that covered Integrated Water Resources Management principles, Corps watershed planning steps and stakeholder perspectives.
