Planning associates get to know LA River
A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Planning Associate paddles the Los Angeles River at Sepulveda Basin in Encino, California, July 20 as part of the Watershed Planning Course. The associates were students of the course that covered Integrated Water Resources Management principles, Corps watershed planning steps and stakeholder perspectives, with the Los Angeles River serving as the case study.
