U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District contract partner, Betance Enterprises, Inc., of Riverside, California, is nearing 50 percent cleanup of the Santa Barbara County Romero Debris Basin as of Jan. 29. In all, nearly 1,000 truckloads of debris have been removed.
