    Col. Mark Toy, Los Angeles District commander welcomed Corps employees to the Special Emphasis Hispanic Employment Program Committee's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month Oct. 15. Special guests from Taller San Jose spoke about the work they are doing with young people from Santa Ana, Calif. TSJ offers four different career academies including construction and green technologies.
