LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District issued an amended and superseding Finding of No Significant Impact for a section 404 Clean Water permit related to El Dorado Benson, LLC's proposed Phase 1 of Villages at Vigneto in Benson, Arizona, July 26.
On the same day, under the authority of section 404 of the Clean Water Act, the Corps issued a modified Department of the Army permit to El Dorado Benson, LLC.
